O&i has founded the BPM Academy as
knowledge center in the area of Business Process Management. The objective
of the BPM Academy is to share with you knowledge and experience to find
solutions for your daily work situation in the area of BPM. The Academy
focuses on every aspect of BPM: process management, Change Management
and Rule Management.
The BPM Academy is oriented toward innovation. At its core is the development
of knowledge and expertise in the area of BPM. We merely play an initiating
and directorial role by sharing this knowledge and expertise via publications,
